1. All Fees are payment for the stud service only, and are not to be con- strued as a guarantee of puppies surviving the whelping. At least one (1) puppy, whelped dead or alive, constitutes a litter. 2. The Owner of the Stud guarantees that the Stud is potent, and that a mating was achieved on at least one of the above mating dates. 3. If there is no pregnancy from the mating described above, then a return service will be provided at no additional charge only at the next heat cycle of the same Bitch. The service will be provided by the same Stud dog, if available, or by any Stud dog of the same breed as designated by the Owner of the Stud. 4. The owner of the Bitch certifies that the Bitch has not been bred to any other male dog during this heat cycle, and that utmost care will be taken to insure that she is not bred to any other male dog after this service has been provided, and that the puppies will be given proper care. 5. There is no refund or cancellation of the Fee if no pregnancy occurs or there is no surviving puppy from either mating. 6. The Owner of the Stud will provide a properly signed litter registration application upon proper evidence of the whelping, but not before the puppies are TEN days old, nor after they are ten weeks old. It is the responsibility of the owner of the Bitch to notify Stud Owner of the per- tinent facts about the whelping. In the case where the Bitch is not registered with the American Kennel Club, or the Bitch was bred with another male dog in violation of paragraph 4 above, no registration application will be provided. 7. The Owner of the Stud will appraise the offspring of this breeding for the owner of the Bitch at no charge when the puppies are six weeks of age. Owner of the Bitch shall make an advance appointment for this service. 8. No offspring from this mating are to be offered for sale to or through any pet shop, grooming parlor, humane organization, or any other kennel; nor shall any offspring be transferred prior to eight (8) weeks of age. The owner of the Bitch shall immediately pay a penalty of $__________ to the Owner of the Stud for each puppy offered in breach of this condition. The Owner of the Stud will, as a matter of courtesy only, refer prospective puppy purchasers to the owner of the Bitch when the puppies are at least eight (8) weeks old. 9.
